Music is like food. The
musician, a skillful chef since his skills enable him to
sense tastes,
flavours, exhalations, fancy combinations and
unusual fragrances, plays with the scent of music to make the mix
of notes,
of structures, accents,
phrases, dynamics

original. This is what this collection of pieces, all composed by
Guido Premuda, reminds me of.
A collection which presents itself as a careful choice of
“musical
flavours of the woods”, with Middle Eastern fragrances,
